Sue Wolfe and her husband have called Brownstone Brooklyn "home" since the 1960's, first owning a brownstone in Fort Greene, then moving to a house in Boerum Hill, and most recently purchasing a house with her daughter in Red Hook. So Brooklyn's varied neighborhoods are well known and understood by her.
Working in tandem with her partner, James Crow, they have over twenty years shared experience in Brooklyn real estate.first at a well respected boutique agency, and now at Corcoran. While many smaller agencies pride themselves on their personal attention to the customer, buyer or seller, Sue and Jim feel they can give that same personal "boutique" attention while adding in the Corcoran technology and marketing skills to the equation. A great combination. But it is the spirit of working with the customer, searching for a new home or selling one, that brings them satisfaction.
While being both a successful and full time real estate salesperson, Sue still finds time for an array of community related activities focused on her Boerum Hill neighborhood and the Atlantic Avenue corridor, both special to her. She has been an active board member of the Atlantic Avenue Local Development Corp. for many years and president of the Boerum Hill Association for the past three years. There she has been working with the Carroll Gardens, Park Slope and Gowanus neighborhoods to renovate Thomas Greene Park with the formation of a stakeholders group - the Friends of Douglass/Greene Park The wonderful Brooklyn waterfront park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, is a dream finally coming through and Sue is working with the Park Community Council as a park advocate.
Gardening is another interest and Sue is proud that her block of Atlantic Avenue has been a consistent winner in the "Greenest Commercial Block of Brooklyn" contest since its inception.
Sue Wolfe developed her negotiating skills in a previous business life in Europe and the Far East, and she brings that skill, plus her knowledge of the buying and selling process, to working with you. Teamed with James Crow, they both share their experience and love of Brownstone Brooklyn with their clients.
